Description

Launching via webstart on OSX: Only see Jalview 2.10.2b1 Released news item. Jalview writes the last known news date as 7th Sept 2017 - despite there being later news items available from the feed.

Seems to only occur from webstart. Latest news items are shown as normal via InstallAnywhere, and when webstart launched under Java 8.
