Print to PDF incorrect in JalviewJS

      Description

      Print alignment (to PDF) has some problems:
      - annotations are misplaced at (0, 0) on each page (except for the first character!)
      - output is very slow especially with annotations and in wrapped mode (browser warns it is hanging)
      - last page is blank
      - margins are wider than Java print - fewer columns per page
      - wrapped mode print is just black rectangles and a vertical scale
