Description
Jalview's alignment window offers a 'Reload' option - which reverts to the last saved state for the view.
The structure view window could offer the same function, but in this case, the reload would simply restore the Jmol or chimera session for that view without touching the alignment data. That would allow someone to easily recover a view customised by using the viewers own tools (e.g. the Jmol showing the Fe2S2 cluster in yellow which is shipped in the example file).
