      Description

      Create a new class jalview.bin.JalviewJS with a main method as an entry point to launch JalviewJS. This should accept equivalent parameters to the applet, and create a Frame housing an alignment, with a view to incrementally building on Overview, Tree, PCA docked panels.
      Initial concept as a viewer, with editing and analysis capabilities to be added 'to the extent possible'.
