Cannot reconstruct CDS alignment for alignment of several subsequences of a single dataset sequence

Affects all 2.10 series. This bug prevents analysis of alignments of intramolecular repeats.

1. Import sequence from uniprot and retrieve a CDS cross-reference (ENA Ensembl).

2. Copy and paste two subsequences into a new alignment window. Show cross-references to reconstruct CDS: only one CDS subsequence is shown when there should be one for each protein subsequence.
