EPS alignment image has black sequences if a sequence id is highlighted

Export an alignment as EPS having first clicked on one or more sequence ids to highlight them. The exported image has partially blacked out sequences (or entirely if in wrapped mode). See attachments (NB: Preview has auto-converted EPS format to PDF in these screenshots).
