      **Unable to reproduce**
      Launching Jalview with 'Show Occupancy' enabled and auto-loading of example project resulted in a 'Errors when loading exampleFile_v2_7.jar' dialog - and ConcurrentModificationExceptions in the console (lost, unfortunately) - from CalcManager methods.
