      Description

      Provide the ability to have a display name and an associated value in drop-down choice lists on the Options and Parameters dialog.
      In particular this would unblock JAL-2711 - we want to show a list of file names, but the list gets very wide if long file paths are shown, would like instead to show the file name only, with the full path as the underlying value (and tooltip).
