migrate from Quaqua to a more widely supported OSX look and feel

      Description

      Quaqua provide's Jalview's OSX file browser, but is no longer supported by its original developer. Alternatives:

      1. There is a fork (https://github.com/karlvr/Quaqua) but this may not be fully compatible with Java 10 (JAL-2967).
      2. Vaqua (violetlib aqua) is a pure java OSX LaF - it works, but there are some peculiarities: the maximise button is not shown and drop down menus cannot be opened (they open but close before being rendered fully).
