Remove 'Change Parameters' options from PCA panel

      Description

      PCA panel 'Change Parameters' menu has options to switch between Nucleotide and Protein score models, and to choose a score model.
      The nucleotide/protein option is obsolete (dates back to when only DNA or BLOSUM62 were offered), and the choice of score model duplicates that in the Calculation Chooser dialog (JAL-1632).
      For UI consistency (with Tree panel) and simplicity (including of saving PCA to project - JAL-1767), propose to remove this menu from this panel.
