Left/right arrow keys don't work in Service Params dialog numeric fields

Noticed while wrangling this interface for Hmmer.
JTextField is used for numeric or text input fields (example: Clustal alignment GAPEXT).
Any left or right arrow movement within numeric fields jumps to the end of the input field - not helpful if trying to position to insert or delete
