Persist HMMER profile(s) in Jalview project

      Description

      HMMER profiles, whether loaded from file or computed by running hmmbuild, are not saved with their associated sequence in the Jalview project. If the project is reloaded, the HMM consensus sequence is shown, but HMM profile related functionality is missing
      - no Information Content annotation shown
      - HMMER colour schemes can't be applied
      - hmmsearch and hmmalign can't be run as no profile to base them on

      Need to persist and restore the HMM profile to complete the picture.
