      Description

      Reports either 'cannot find suitable VM' or 'Windows Error 3' - observed on XP and java 1.5.11.
      This is a known issue with InstallAnywhere 6.0 (and fixed in most recent 6.1 for java 1.4, but 1.5 or beyond is not supported).
