Threshold change in Colour by Annotation doesn't update structure or Overview

      Description

      Reported for AACons but can be shown with:
      Load uniref50.fa, show annotations, hide sequence features, show Overview and a structure (e.g. FER1_SPIOL), colour by Annotation
      - choose Conservation, Above Threshold, move the threshold slider
      - the alignment colours update, but structure and Overview do not
