Sequence names longer than 10 characters are silently cut off when saving as PHYLIP

      Description

      As Jalview saves PHYLIP files in the strict format, mandating that sequence IDs are exactly 10 characters long, any sequence name in Jalview longer than 10 characters gets trimmed without warning or notification when saved to PHYLIP.
