Jumping into hidden region at start of alignment then vertical movement results in infinite loop

Load an alignment and create a hidden region of a few columns at the start of the alignment. Change to cursor mode. Navigate into the hidden region using e.g. 2C Now press up or down arrow. Jalview gets into an infinite loop in SeqPanel::moveCursor
