Cursor mode unexpectedly scrolls when using cursor in wrapped panel other than top

Load the ENSEMBL example and put into wrapped mode and cursor mode, set up so that more than one wrapped panel is visible. Click in a lower panel, not at the end of a row: the cursor appears at the click point. Use the right arrow to move forward. The cursor moves forward but the panel is also scrolled upwards. This is rather disconcerting for the user - I would expect in this situation for the panel to stay in the same place and just the cursor move.
