Wrapped mode repaint sometimes misses panel

Load the ENSEMBL example and put into wrapped mode. Scroll to the top of the set of wrapped panels. Scroll down so that the top panel only moves up, and then scroll up again, to reveal the top panel again. The second and third panels are repainted as duplicates of each other (see screenshot). Forcing a full repaint repaints the third panel correctly.
