Description
Open groovy console from Jalview, and type 'print "Hello"'. Hit CTRL-R - the script executes fine but no message appears.
Open the Jalview Java Console and execute script again... message appears in the Java console.
This isn't too serious, but is a change in behaviour. Should be reported as known defect if this is still observable in the production version of Jalview.
