From JAL-2586:
- retrieved identifiers may have different values for database name and link name (e.g. cdd / Conserved Domain Database)
- user defined links don't (hence the fall-through to set description also as database name)
- but only the first word of the description is displayed in the Database column in Preferences (so it can look different)
why not allow user-defined dbname and description to be different?
