AnnotationColumnChooser::reset updates HiddenColumns twice

The reset code iterates over the cached hidden columns collection and hides each region, but then also sets the alignment's hidden columns to the cached collection. It's only necessary to do the latter (and the former does not remove the current hidden columns so is also incorrect).
