      Description

      HiddenColumns uses a list of ranges of hidden columns which is slow for some access operations, and results in slow performance of parts of Jalview e.g. the overview window when many hidden columns are present.

      Proposal is to replace the HiddenColumns internal data structure with a RaoaringBitmap http://roaringbitmap.org
