Feature colour threshold setting is not retained in dialog

      Description

      Noticed while demonstrating 'graduated colour by kdHydrophobicity', where the kd feature was got from Chimera (e.g. for Uniprot P30419).
      1) a graduated colour with threshold is applied correctly to the Jalview sequence
      2) ...but on re-opening the graduated colour dialog, the threshold is set to the maximum value, not the one last chosen
      Also, the graduated colour doesn't seem to get applied to the structure in Chimera - possibly a consequence of the first bug?
