Exception thrown if trying to create a sequence feature on gaps only

      Description

      If you try to create a sequence feature on a section of sequence with only gaps (which doesn't make any sense anyway) Jalview throws:

      Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
