Saved user-defined colour scheme not displayed in user-defined colour scheme dialog

      Description

      Make a user-defined colour scheme -> Apply -> OK
      Go back to user-defined colour scheme dialog and choose Save Scheme -> OK
      "User Defined" colour scheme is added to the colour menu.
      Switch to Zappo.
      Switch to "User Defined": the user-defined colour scheme dialog appears, pre-populated with Zappo colours instead of the user-defined colour scheme.

      I noticed this when testing user-defined colour schemes before, but could not reproduce it at the time.
