      Description

      Typically, jobs run out of cpu time, but there are a number of other reasons for jobs dying (memory, etc). SGE may provide some info, and at the very least, the presesnce of a

      Killed () ...

      line at the end of STDERR would suggest that it was killed by the grid engine manager.

      These jobs are currently marked as Job broke server, and logged in the error log.
