Gap colour set in user defined colourschemes is not shown (in overview, when features displayed)

When setting up a user-defined colour scheme, there is an option to give gaps a colour, as well as residues. In 2.10.1 this applies the selected colour to the gaps. In 2.10.2 no colour is applied and the selected colour is not retained between uses of the user-defined colour dialog.
