Sequences deleted via Remove redundancy are not shown as unlinked in associated tree

If a sequence is deleted from an alignment after a tree is calculated, and 'Mark unlinked leaves' is shown, then an asterisk is shown next to the leave to indicate it has no sequence.

If the remove redundancy (CMD/CTRL D) dialog is used to remove sequences, the tree does not show asterisks. This doesn't appear to be a redraw issue, and deleting other sequences manually doesn't make the tree window wake up and mark all the removed sequences as missing.
