Hide Columns by Annotation does not reveal columns again after all columns hidden

      Description

      Open uniref50.fa and go to the Select/Hide Columns By Annotation dialog. Choose 'Above Threshold' and move the slider to 0. All the columns are hidden, correctly. Move the slider above 0. The columns remain hidden regardless of the slider value.
