All features are displayed on alignment view after loading from project

Restoring from a Jalview project should reinstate the feature settings at the time the project was saved. In the example project (exampleFile_2_7.jvp), on some machines, all features on FER1_SPIOL are visible in the Structures view, rather than just the metal binding sites and secondary structure.

A test file (attached) contains three views on an alignment with two different features, with one view with feature display disabled, and the others with either one or the other feature type displayed. Loading this into a fresh Jalview 2.10.1 instance results in one view with all features displayed, and the other with just one (reloading seems to restore the feature settings properly, however).
