DBRefFetcher.transferReferences incorrectly relocates features

      Description

      Paste this sub-sequence of FER_CAPAN to the desktop
      >FER_CAPAN
      IPNVGEALFGLKSANGGKVTCMASYKVKLITPDGPIEFDCPD
      and create a sequence feature on it, say at positions 10-20.
      Run Web Service | Fetch DBRefs | Uniprot
      The start/end are updated to 26-67 (correctly).
      Export Features shows the feature is now 'at' positions -15 to -5 (incorrect).
