Description
There's an ambiguity and a bug in the way that Jalview offers to reveal hidden sequences.
The sequence ID popup menu currently offers two options when more than one set of sequences are hidden (ie two or more blue markers), providing the hidden sequence marker lies between the sequence and the preceding row.
This means, if sequences in the middle of an alignment and the last sequence in the alignment are hidden, it is impossible to reveal just the last row of sequences.
It is also ambiguous - since no indication is made *which* hidden region is about to be revealed.
Instead, the blue triangle for the hidden region should be highlighted when the mouse moves near them to indicate the region that will be revealed by the popup menu option should the user choose it.
