Make overview window work for wrapped alignments

Currently the overview window does not work when the corresponding alignment is wrapped - the window is shown and a red box is drawn, but the overview does not respond to mouse actions. This is by design, as the code specifically excludes responses to mouse actions when the alignment is wrapped.

The overview window should be updated so that it also works with wrapped alignments.
