Description
Noticed while testing JAL-2435.
Set up the split panel with the example oestrogen cdna/protein data. Scroll either alignment using two fingers on the trackpad, slowly and without tapping the trackpad. It is possible to scroll at least several hundred residues without the other panel scrolling at all. Tapping the pad or making a fast scroll seems to sort it out; using the scrollbars appears to be unaffected.
Scrolling the panel very rapidly using the trackpad can get the cdna/protein out of sync with each other - I believe this is a manifestation of the same problem.
May be platform dependent?
