Expanded sort by PID functionality

Jalview's sort by PID option currently only sorts sequences with respect to the first sequence in the alignment. It would also be useful to sort with any given sequence, the consensus, or the currently defined reference sequence.

The effect of hidden columns and selected columns also needs to be clarified, since its often useful to select a region for sorting (only sort selected rows, only use selected columns).
