Error in the latest SIFTS Update - some residues' RESNUM are assigned "null" string

      Description

      I noticed that the PDB RESNUM for some residues are now being set as "null" in the latest SIFTS update. For instance, resides corresponding to PDBe db coordinates 1 - 10 of entity A in the SIFTS record 5h92 now have dbResNum as "null".

      I discovered this while investigating JAL-2434 - FER1_MAIZE/5h92 was no longer being mapped with SIFTS due to this new change in SIFTS.
