Description
On using DBRefs for DAS retrieval, it has become clear that there is no way of saying "this sequence has this accession id in this database". At the moment, if pdb ids are added as dbrefs to a uniprot sequence, all the dbrefs have the same priority and so the software doesnt know the correct accession id for that sequence.
If a mapping exists from the pdb id sequence to the given alignment sequence, then the pdb ids could be used to gather more data from DAS sources.
