Applet PCA switch peptide to nucleotide doesn't update results

If a PCA is computed for one of the applet peptide examples, menu option to switch from protein to nucleotide matrix does nothing, and Java console shows an NPE (in obfuscated code).
(The RFAM (nucleotide) example _can_ switch PCA between nucleotide and peptide matrix with different results displayed.)
