AlignmentPanel vertical scrolling has out-by-one error

      Description

      When the AlignmentPanel is scrolled vertically it adjusts the value of the viewport's endSeq in adjustmentValueChanged. However this calculation is out by 1 - it is one larger than it should be. This affects the (new) overview panel. Currently IdCanvas and SeqCanvas have out-by-one code which compensates for this.
