Don't colour parts of structures associated with hidden regions of a view

View based colouring of structures should only colour structure data which is associated with sequence data visible in the view.

Currently, Jalview does not honour hidden regions, so they remain coloured according to the associated colourscheme + feature settings regardless of whether they are shown in the associated view.

Load the example jalview project, switch to the phosphosites view, and hide part of the ferredoxin domain in the middle (e.g. columns 76-90). Ideally, the associated structure should not be shaded in the hidden region.
