      Description

      Followon from JAL-2360 and JAL-2371 merge:

      The Text menu entry controls the threshold for switching between two colours via a slider box. The refactoring has 'regularised' its behaviour from 2.10.1:
      1. The entry is now called 'Text' - not Text Colour - needs changing back
      2. If the dialog box is opened and closed without modifying the threshold, the item gets ticked (repeatedly open/closing toggles this).
