      Description

      Currently there is a stub class: jalview.schemes.CovariationColourScheme which was based on the RNA helix colourscheme, but intended to overlay shading according to correlated variation in the alignment.

      The class could either be scrapped, or taken further, depending on the outcome of JAL-2349
