Colour schemes not correctly applied to structure views

Jalview colour schemes applied to structures (Jmol and Chimera) are using 'A' colour (for ALA) also for ASN, ASP, ARG!
If you colour structure by Helix Propensity, then A/N/D/R are all coloured deep pink - correct for A, wrong for others.
And similarly for other cases where the 3-letter code does not start with the 1-letter code.
