Extensible annotation row interactive visualisation pipeline

Annotation rows are currently rendered and their UI interactions implemented with hardwired code that does not support extension. In order to easily allow new types of annotation row to be created Jalview needs to provide a set of interfaces that can be implemented for new types of annotation row visualisation (e.g. profile grids and sequence bundles).
