include timestamp, source data and and template info when exporting to HTML

The BioJS exporter (and other HTML exports) should always include the date, time, Jalview version, BioJS template details (version string and date of last update) and (if available) file information in the exported html file. This will help track problems with the generated files, and also help users track when and what was used to generate a particular HTML file produced by jalview.
