Description
The java help viewer uses Java's built in HTML support to render the html help pages. Mostly, we don't need sophisticated layout, but for the release notes, there are a number of unordered lists, often with quite long entries. AFAIR the notes used to be reasonably readable in the viewer and online, but in the last couple of releases (2.9, 2.10, 2.10.1), [~gmungoc] and [~jprocter] both noticed these lists are now far less readable.
The basic issue is that the bullet point is not in line with the first line of each entry in the list of entries in the release notes (this is not the case when viewed in a browser).
