annotation height adjuster can appear in generated eps/png

A bit tricky to reproduce, but when testing JAL-2322, I was surprised to see the annotation height adjust symbol was shown at the top left of the annotation panel. Presumably, it was displayed due to the mouse being in just the right position, and the render-to-EPS mechanism faithfully reproduced it in the generated file.

Should be able to fix by code-inspection: any print/export output operation should disable any interactive decorators when rendering for output.
