      Description

      Chimera computes a variety of useful properties (including those generated by the MAV) that could be shown as either features or annotation tracks on the corresponding sequence in Jalview.

      These tracks (ideally) would be automatically created/updated in Jalview when a chimera view is opened, or alternately transferred on demand.
