Power users may wish to create new annotation tracks derived from several existing annotation rows (e.g. Conservation, Consensus, and a calculated disorder score).
There are two distinct aspects:
1. specifying the calculation - initially this could be done as a groovy script, and ultimately, it would be great to have an expression builder.
2. Scheduling the calculation - since the calculation depends on the results of other annotation rows, dependency analysis will be needed to determine when annotation rows that derived rows values are computed from have finished calculating.
