(unannounced) changes to ENA 1.2 XML format

      Description

      Noticed on 3rd Oct (Monday) that an EMBL XML returned by (e.g.) http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/data/view/AF151094&display=xml
      no longer has a top level <ROOT> element, only a single <entry>.
      This breaks our Castor binding so we can't retrieve EMBL or EMBLCDS data.
